Cancellation Policy

FH Transfer – Frankfurt Airport Transfer

Effective: July 11, 2025

At FH Transfer, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers, who plan their schedules around your bookings.

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing (via WhatsApp or email) to be valid.

2. Late Cancellations

If you cancel less than 4 hours before your pickup time, the full fare will be charged. This is due to operational and driver scheduling costs.

3. No-Shows

If the customer:

• Is not present at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Cannot be reached via the contact number provided
• Does not inform us of delays (more than 30 minutes late)

the booking will be marked as a No-Show, and 100% of the fare will be charged. No refund will be issued in this case.

4. Flight Delays or Cancellations

If your flight is delayed or canceled, please inform us immediately. We monitor flights but rely on your communication in case of schedule changes not reflected in real-time.

• We will do our best to reschedule your transfer without additional charges.
• If rescheduling is not possible due to vehicle availability or driver scheduling, a reduced fee or cancellation fee may apply.

5. Refunds

If your booking is canceled within the free cancellation window, we will refund the full amount (if prepaid) within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Group Bookings & Long-Distance Transfers

For group bookings (more than 6 passengers) or long-distance trips (over 150 km):

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the trip.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%, and no-shows are charged at 100%.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please provide the following:

• Booking date and time
• Name used for booking
• Pickup location
• Contact number
